The stated delivery times apply from the date of dispatch. In exceptional cases, as well as for international shipments, delivery times may be extended due to the shipping service provider or customs clearance.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, or taxes may apply. These are levied by the relevant authorities in the destination country and must be borne by the recipient.

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods as part of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Please send us a short email stating your order number. You will then receive further instructions on how to return the items.

The direct costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless a different agreement has been made.

Please return the items unworn, undamaged, and complete if possible. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.
