You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this purpose, you may use our electronic withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract” in particular.
You can find this permanently in the footer of our website or at:

Alternatively, you can declare your withdrawal by e-mail or letter, for example.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you use our electronic withdrawal function, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail immediately.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
